It's always interesting to look into people like her and see what the dark side is truly capable of when at its full potential. Sith alchemy like this is by far one of the most horrifying abilities shown in the EU, with the only mainstream version we see that is similar to it being the nightsister's magick which was capable of raising the dead or enchanting objects. And these types of abilities shown in the Sith seem to create galactic wide conflict with Sorzus Syn being responsible for Rackghouls and Belia Darzu the technobeasts. They are both a result of alchemy and tampering with the living Force to bend its will to your own. Thank you for the video Luke, I appreciate the amazing content. Especially on this type of lore which is a bit more obscure, but in my opinion, extremely interesting.
A fine sidenote to Bane's trilogy, whish I'm almost finished with. I'm glad you mentioned her appearances in media, since she's not a very well known character at all. And about them bringing her to cannon who knows. They did that with Bane, and I think they would consider these less known chars a lesser risk. Also very nice use of wallpaper engine there. It was a good idea. ;)
Guess the Borg in Star Trek could have originated from Technobeasts that made their way from the Galaxy Far Far Away to the Delta Quadrant of the Milky Way...
Great video! I feel like belia darzu is a really cool sith lord that isnt talked about nearly enough Here are my other video requests: Nomi sunrider Darth ruin and all of the lost twenty Karnass muur Tulak hord
I wonder why she chose not to take a Darth Title. Maybe to get rid of that era and start her own? Regardless, never heard of her but that was super interesting!
I think it was the same Holocron where Bane found a lot of sith magic rituals that he himself had difficulty mastering and gave them to Zannah for study.
@@100StarWars Well he did have the assistance of the orbalik armor, but still i feel anyone lesser than bane would have died at the technos hands or worst joined them.
Extraordinary and amazing video my friend. I never heard of this Belia Darzu before and her mutating her victims into these techno beasts to spread a deadly virus. I'm glad she was betrayed and her reign ended before more unimaginable horror was unleashed on the galaxy My friend last Friday's episode of the Bad Batch was intense because it was good to see Rex again. I'm glad Rex was able to help them remove their inhibitor chips but I was scared when Wrecker's chip activated and he almost killed Omega. My friend today's episode was more intense with Crosshair going after the Bad Batch and was shocked to see Cad Bane return!!!! Bane has captured Omega!!!! I know the Kaminoans hired him and I'm worried if the Bad Batch will be able to save her. Please share your thoughts about this if you can my friend
@@100StarWars I wasn't referring to you there, actually. Apologies. You know, artists really need to stop visualizing Bane with a purple lightsaber. Again, he only wielded a red lightsaber.
Hey, do you know Yusi D Jordan? He's working on a Star Wars movie and game both based on Tenebrae/Vitiate from the Old Republic era. The teasers for both are out, it would be great if you gave him a shout-out :)

I'm sure many of you are sitting there right now like... 'OMG, LUKE COVERED SOMETHING THAT'S NOT OLD REPUBLIC?' - Hehe.
It's still Old Republic though, isn't it? I could swear the OR ends around Bane's time.
It's not Old Republic Old Republic if you know what I mean xD - But yeah, it's still consider part of that Era I believe.
In my opinion, the Old Republic died on 19 BBY. This era is basically the Jedi-Sith conflicts era for me.
That’s why I like your channel. Still hoping you will make a Darth bane video
@@michaelandreipalon359 19 BBY? *confused hooga booga*
Why?
Techno beasts? I guess DJ Tambor wasn't the only one to have killer beats.
*Technobeats*

Sith alchemy has always been terrifying everytime I see it or read it. And yet it’s still not as popular as force lightning

I used Wallpaper engine? *Insert side eyes emoji*
Darth Banes story is so epic I hope we get more videos on him
@@100StarWars Oh it wasn't? Some of your backgrouds looked engine-esque. I guess I guessed wrong then. xD
Absolutely love the Bane trilogy. So cool to see a video about Belia. Another unique video topic; im enjoying them
Keep it up! 💜
You can thank Viv for this one :)
Darth Banes books led me into the expanded universe
The Jedi Temple have seen a lot of things; purged 4 times, viruses... what's next?!
Organified by some tech-abhorring alien race, I guess.
ALIENS. *Wait...*

Try the New Sith Wars
It's start 2000 BBY to 1000 BBY

Agreed one of many underrated sith I want to know more about
I wonder why she chose not to take a Darth Title. Maybe to get rid of that era and start her own? Regardless, never heard of her but that was super interesting!
She lived during the time where the title “Darth” was controversial, it wasn’t until Darth bane took it up again that it became popular.
I wonder if the remains of her fortress was the one Kyle Katarn and Mara Jade entered in Mysteries of the Sith. Would be cool, though.
The Techno Union army is at your disposal, count.
Great video but I definitely was thinking the video would be about the force disease in the Jedi consular campaign in SWTOR lol
Why is it that the best Star Wars lore is always legends
And once again, another Sith Lord dies anticlimactically... perfect.
Kind of the fate of all sith.
Love the content man !!!
Thank you good sir!
I think it was the same Holocron where Bane found a lot of sith magic rituals that he himself had difficulty mastering and gave them to Zannah for study.
I suppose the first thing I thought of was the Borg from star trek. Assimilation type crap.
Surprisingly, the Borg didn't even come into mind making this video!
This is the kind of horror stuff I liked from Star Wars. Also Darth bane fighting an army of these techno zombies was badass
Just tanked an unstoppable virus lmao

The BORG!
So now we know Who created the Borg!
Looks like she invented SCP 217

Yes sir!
What book is she in
if these technobeasts started calling them selves a collective than I'd lose it.
Star Wars is ancient Star trek confirmed??
i’ve always liked hearing about the new sith wars, i don’t know much about it.
It's always fun to found out interesting new stuff!
Belia Darzu could have singlehandedly fucked up the Yuuzhan Vong.
Quite possibly haha
Sooooo, the Sith technovirus works along the same lines as the Borg nanoprobes in Star Trek?? 🤔🤔
Potentially ;)
