The problem with Indian producers and directors is that they don't want to accept their short comings in terms of creativity & direction. As a result of this Bollywood is failing big time. This movie is another example of that. They think they can copy foreign movies and no one would come to know about it as in the 90's. I don't see much scope for Bollywood moving forward if they still maintain that 90's mindset.
If you go to Mystery recapped channel, the type of movies and concepts are made in foreign are exceptionally brilliant and out of this world. Comparing to that bollywood is no where and even south is far behind although some south crime thrillers are exceptions
Nothing like that. Its just peoples hate and vendetta, for bollywood. Thats why they are watching south films. But if you look at the south films, they are even worse. You were talking about the 90's, but the south films are like films of the 80s. Aag ka gola, paap ko jalakar raakh kar dunga, and such junk. I dont see any hope, neither for bollywood nor for the audience. People like Shekhar kapoor decide to make films abroad, and we cant even blame them. India as a nation isnt educated or advanced enough to appreciate good films.
