from your experience, how long does the initial "relief" stage of a break up last for (for the dumper)? I am currently at day 10 post break up with someone i was with for 18 months- we are long distance but were seeing each other three times a year (from 2-4 weeks at a time), and I was prepared to move to be with him (we had spoken candidly about this in the past. Long story short- i feel he got cold feet and has commitment issues that pre-date our relationship and go back to past relationships of his). The lady I’ve been with for a little over 3 years has walked away from me. Now the thing is she still contacts me and makes arrangements to meet up, why she walked away was she now has taken on a second job to keep her home that she was on the verge of losing. She works after her 1st job/primary and then both Saturdays and Sundays. The thing is I feel like a jerk because looking back she couldn’t find time to see me as often as I liked but now she finds time to work 7-8-9 hrs in her 2nd job. I still remind her and remind myself that she broke up with, so now I respond a day or so later and she’s not happy about it. I forgot to add I always let her initiate contact first. I hear from her and time from 1 day upto 9 days. We’ve separated a few times over the years and it’s all her not me and when she does this I go straight into No Contact and I stick to it this is why she reaches out and comes back but the thing is how do I get her to stay.
Continue to build yourself, mostly spiritually (read more, don't let monkey mind to command, stop the thinking process with reading), work on your body too, keep the good shape. If it doesn't work 3 times, it's better to move on. There are plenty of girls, you just have to change your point of view in general. Don't waste time! Keep it up!

Kissing is fine on the first meet. Sleeping with them just like in any new relationship should wait until you both trust and love each other. So 3-6 months of being together. Maybe shorter than that. Don't take the time as a rule. You just have to show that you value yourself and that you wont give yourself to anybody unless they are fully committed to you and respect you. I've always followed this in every relationship. I'm a man but this would apply even better as a women because women can be more justified in guarding themselves sexually. Make the person you're dating wait for sex even if you desire it yourself. It makes them desire it a whole lot more because you're hard to get. Definitely tease them sexually a lot if you think they are into it but if they try to get you to have sex, say you aren't ready yet because it's something important to you. It's up to you if you want to play a little hanky panky with hands at some point before the 3-6 months but absolutely don't do full blown intercourse or oral until you've locked their commitment to you. You don't just give your body to anybody unless they prove they're worth it. If someone demands sex or stops talking to you over that, they show they didn't really want you for the right reasons. If they respect your decision to wait, they're a good match. I've only had two women walk out on me over that. Both showed immediately after that I was their rebound by going back with their exes after dumping me shortly after I rejected their advances. It saved me a lot of heartache to not jump into bed with them. It's never put a strain on any relationship I've had. It only gained respect for me because it showed I was serious about wanting a long term healthy relationship with the person I'm seeing and not a quick hook up or fwb situation. I've done this trick in four good relationships and a few dates with girls that weren't so good. It really helps to weed out the bad people who don't value you as a person and only want you physically. This should help to get your ex back too because they obviously sexually desired you and still do to some degree now.

I don't feel strong enough to not talk or text with him. I've spoken with him everyday for 13yrs without an issue. Now you have to do what he said you have to not contact her until she contacts you you have to start all over because you should not have begged her. from your experience, how long does the initial "relief" stage of a break up last for (for the dumper)? I am currently at day 10 post break up with someone i was with for 18 months- we are long distance but were seeing each other three times a year (from 2-4 weeks at a time), and I was prepared to move to be with him (we had spoken candidly about this in the past. Long story short- i feel he got cold feet and has commitment issues that pre-date our relationship and go back to past relationships of his). I love him very much but i told him i didn't want to hear from him unless he changed his mind (he wanted to keep the doors open for talking, but i feel if i let that happen, he'd be contacting me regularly, prolonging the pain for me). So, I informed him of the no contact preference.

I found my gf (ex) with very low self esteem and when we finally got into relationship I built her different. I helped her changed her mentality as to why she should be more confident about her looks because she is actually gorgeous. she also have daddy issues so I always played that figure for her to be more loved. she left because I complained bitterly about her entertaining other guys because their compliments on her was getting into her head. Walk away mate. No contact. Why? You want romance not someone who is cold, no kissing. Just friends is what it sounds like. Only way for you to truely fix up is learn to be by yourself for a while. Not even date. Stop letting her come around, tell her you want romance, if she can't offer you this then tell her if she changes her mind she should give you a buzz if not gonna be moving on.

Thanks for this great Video that arrives on time , i felt confused recently...I initiated NO CONTACT a month ago ( after i felt that my worth was not valued in the relationship ) , she reached out to me the other day wishing me Happy B-Day , few messages has been exchanged concerning my B-Day and Spring season coming but she didn't try to repair anything or to fix a date to meet up , as i didn't try to push anything neither, she withdrew from the conversation . Coach, I feel so terrible. It's been almost 3 months since the breakup and I'm still so I love, waiting, doing NC, focusing on myself... and he jumped to another and then ANOTHER relationship. I guess I don't really know if he actually loves her, but I inadvertently saw some tweets about how he feels broken as hell, but in his main account he's all happiness with this new girl. The lady I’ve been with for a little over 3 years has walked away from me. Now the thing is she still contacts me and makes arrangements to meet up, why she walked away was she now has taken on a second job to keep her home that she was on the verge of losing. She works after her 1st job/primary and then both Saturdays and Sundays. The thing is I feel like a jerk because looking back she couldn’t find time to see me as often as I liked but now she finds time to work 7-8-9 hrs in her 2nd job. I still remind her and remind myself that she broke up with, so now I respond a day or so later and she’s not happy about it. I forgot to add I always let her initiate contact first. I hear from her and time from 1 day upto 9 days. We’ve separated a few times over the years and it’s all her not me and when she does this I go straight into No Contact and I stick to it this is why she reaches out and comes back but the thing is how do I get her to stay.
Continue to build yourself, mostly spiritually (read more, don't let monkey mind to command, stop the thinking process with reading), work on your body too, keep the good shape.
If it doesn't work 3 times, it's better to move on.
There are plenty of girls, you just have to change your point of view in general. Don't waste time!

How soon should you kiss or sleep with them again if they have asked to go back out on a date with them? Should you just let them kiss you on the cheek for a few dates? Or keep resisting and say you don’t know if you want to kiss them or if you just wanna be friends. But then that might push them away?
Kissing is fine on the first meet. Sleeping with them just like in any new relationship should wait until you both trust and love each other. So 3-6 months of being together. Maybe shorter than that. Don't take the time as a rule. You just have to show that you value yourself and that you wont give yourself to anybody unless they are fully committed to you and respect you. I've always followed this in every relationship. I'm a man but this would apply even better as a women because women can be more justified in guarding themselves sexually. Make the person you're dating wait for sex even if you desire it yourself. It makes them desire it a whole lot more because you're hard to get. Definitely tease them sexually a lot if you think they are into it but if they try to get you to have sex, say you aren't ready yet because it's something important to you. It's up to you if you want to play a little hanky panky with hands at some point before the 3-6 months but absolutely don't do full blown intercourse or oral until you've locked their commitment to you. You don't just give your body to anybody unless they prove they're worth it. If someone demands sex or stops talking to you over that, they show they didn't really want you for the right reasons. If they respect your decision to wait, they're a good match. I've only had two women walk out on me over that. Both showed immediately after that I was their rebound by going back with their exes after dumping me shortly after I rejected their advances. It saved me a lot of heartache to not jump into bed with them. It's never put a strain on any relationship I've had. It only gained respect for me because it showed I was serious about wanting a long term healthy relationship with the person I'm seeing and not a quick hook up or fwb situation. I've done this trick in four good relationships and a few dates with girls that weren't so good. It really helps to weed out the bad people who don't value you as a person and only want you physically. This should help to get your ex back too because they obviously sexually desired you and still do to some degree now.
