Looks very interesting, and I love the filter used in this film. I would add, just for historic reference, that Mami Wata wasn't one being or person but was plural, consisting of many African water deities (which would later be called mermaids/mermen by Europeans), and first showed up in the Dogon spiritual beliefs, 4,000 years ago, in the region of what is now present-day Mali (although much of Ancient Western and Eastern Africa venerated the Mami Wata). Also, for those new to this name, "Mami Wata" was linguistically derived from the language of Ancient Kemet (now modern-day Egypt), and doesn't mean "mama water", which could be confused as such, because this existed thousands of years before English even existed.
