I love that you make a list of wants and if you find yourself thinking about the item for a length of time you treat yourself. I am put off by all the massive spending in this art form so I appreciate you sharing this very helpful tip. When I make the decision to buy an item and I have it in my online basket ( I live in Toronto, Canada and there are few places to buy supplies) often times I'm close to the free shipping deal so I have to add a few extras. I leave them there for three days and when I return to purchase I have to recall all of the "extras" I put in the cart, if I can't remember them all I can't buy them. It's a check for me that I am not spending like a madwoman and wasting money! Sometimes I won't buy the main item I went after until I need to replace a major item to bring my cart up to the free shipping offer. All that said this was a terrific card you made today. As always thank you for sharing.

I don‘t watch videos anymore that have „must-have items“ or „new supplies/haul“ in their title. I enjoy the creativity of the community, not the shopping part. and I am so thankful that Natasha is a supporter of this mindset.
Have you ever thought of using press and seal in your stamping platform to keep your paper in place? I tried it this last weekend and it worked great, less bulky, and cheaper.

Another fabulous card idea. Thanks for the tip at the end where you suggest white embossing on coloured cardstock as an alternative, because that's what I have available.
This is a really great masculine card! You could maybe make each block a different HB stamp that fits in the block for a fun card! Really like the idea!

No, I don't think Copics are necessary at all. There are lots of amazing brands out there for alcohol markers that work equally as well I would say. Although I am most definitely not an expert in that field! As Ali mentioned below, Ohuhu have a really good name, The Frugal Crafter (on TH-cam really likes these, she has lots of reviews on them too). I choose to go with the spectrum noir triblends, three markers in a single marker, so I have no decision to make around matching colours - it's all done for me! I have links to those in any videos i've used them in. Hope this helps xx
I have a few of several brands. The ones I like best because they blend best are Stampin Ups Stampin Blends. I don't think alcohol markers are a must have tho.

Try ohuhu markers. Much better price point and they blend beautifully 💕
