    I will try these out. I have stiffness in my rhomboid muscle and my neck feels stiff... I am also dizzy when I walk outside but not when I am at home. I checked my pressure, blood, vertigo... but didn't have any problems. I went to a physiotherapist and she said I have stiffness in my neck/shoulders which causes my dizzyness.
    I really hope they do some wonders! :) Thanks!

    Hey Hey its the cool Doc !!!! when I did some of these exercises my neck feels so tensed is that ok? Also my neck pops alot especially when I look up and then back down it will pop and of course when my neck is so tight my range of motion is limited and I feel off balance

    • @drjonsaunders
      @drjonsaunders  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes if you are tight to begin with they will feel tense...just don't push as hard into the exercises/stretches...it's very common to hear "popping" sounds if you have spondylosis...just be patient with the process and always ask your doctor if they are appropriate for you. :)

    I found out from my birth dad's side of family. Arthritis in the neck. I have been having pain before I even asked them. I also have tmj issues. Does the neck kinda locks as well and then pops? I know my neck, crackles as well. It feels more pain on left. Hurts to turn my neck both ways. I've made appointment with my doctor. I won't see her in couple of weeks. I'm in pt for my jaw and neck.

    Screaming for help please. I suffer from cervical spondylitis which I’ve had for a few years now however over the last few months, I’ve been really struggling with the weight of my head which feels so heavy, with an intense pressure at the very base of my skull. It’s unbearable to live with but also with it, I get horrible lightheartedness, vertigo but not bppv which I do get but that resolves with Epley. This is more like an awful, swimmy feeling. Looking down sets it off terribly which clearly isn’t something most can avoid. I feel very dazed all the time, unable to move my head like I once did. Going to the gym wouldn’t even be a consideration now. My movements, albeit my neck and head being the issue, are so limited. My doctor is pretty much useless, telling me it’s just the spondylitis and not much you can really do. Surely this can’t be the case.

      It is dependent on the condition, and alignment configuration...some stretches are good for certain conditions while others are not. Sorry I can't be more specific but seeing an xray is the most useful way to determine what is beat for each person. Take care!

If I stand straight I feel my body is swinging right left forward back , a slow movement. I have been told that i have cervical spondylitis, my question is is it normal to have body disbalance while walking ? Your Neck Traction works like magic for me. Request for more suggestions and exercise on Cervical Pain.
    And how many sets(3 reps/set) per day could be healthy one??
    Thanks for video..😊

    Hi! Thank you so much for sharing this. My neck always feels better after your routine. I have a question about the last traction movement, lateral flexion. Can I alternatively fold over and let my neck hang, letting gravity take over. If so, is there a time limit to that position? Thank you!

      Yes you can! 15-30 seconds max. :)
