as a data analyst with 3 years of experience in the field, it s more than just python, it s more about the mindset, python it s just a tool like many others and for people interested in that, you don't necessarily need python, python it s a great tool for some specific tasks definitely worth trying and doing it, very well paid industry but first make sure to learn the basics because you are delivering insights, you re not delivering technical stuff that most stakeholders don't know and don't care about
@@dahalsamir2071 For a "data" analyst, you'll need to have access to a pile of data to "analyze". Usually, that comes from a database (gone are the days of using 100 excel workbooks or .csv files). If you ask me, which you didn't, I'd say that SQL would be a good tool to have in your toolbox.
You silently dropped one of the biggest overlooked secrets. You have my mad respect. I never thought of it in those exact vocabulary but you now have words to my thoughts. Thank you for speaking for me too. ❤ much love.
Hey Tim, with the new power of AI & ChatGPT where We can just talk to them in plain English and get things done, is it still advisable to go this route as a beginer. Thanks
Great.. after watching this I can say that I can technically do everything you listed.. that isn't my problem.. how do you find people to pay you to use these skill to do these tasks. I have no idea. Been trying to figure this out since I graduated college.
Really love this type of content!! Thanks for this video. I've already made Discord and Twitter bots and I also create AI chatbots for niche ares. I still can't figure out how to make money with these. "Why would people even want me?" is what I feel often. What should I do?
What would be a good message to send small business about their data and how you can help analyze it and find trends without using technical jargon? Would love to know what people are writing to reach out to potential costumers.
While the video provides an overview of potential Python income streams, it feels too surface-level to be truly helpful for beginners looking to monetize their skills. I wish you'd gone deeper into specific requirements for each path (like what libraries/frameworks to master), realistic income expectations, and actual steps to land first clients. For instance, instead of just mentioning 'build trading bots,' it would be valuable to know what knowledge is prerequisite, potential legal considerations, and how to actually find clients willing to pay $200/hour. The AI integration section especially makes complex work sound deceptively simple. Would love to see a follow-up video with concrete case studies, including failures and lessons learned, plus detailed roadmaps for each specialization. Right now it feels more like a 'what' video when we really need the 'how'.
i was on my way out to the west coast. at the motel in the elevator i was talking too some farmers about tech. there happen to be a farmer conference going on in the building. they said building automated picking machines was at the top of there desperation list. they really need this tech because the manual labor for picking there fruits and vegetables has gone threw the roof. python , machine learning with some ai tech would fit the bill.
I am building on projects to use the last method of data analysis because I also realised there is a lot of data waste in Uganda. You know sir I'm doing your kivy tutorial. I'll learn kivy soon and I have so many ideas to do something with kivy. Im an amateur in this field and I have a question - for such projects when you coded out bots for them, does it mean you would need to host it yourself on a cloud server and maintain it yourself too (debug, configuration of the cloud platform you're using to host the code base) ?
@TechWithTim oh! Okay then. Thank you, I will look through the list of the videos until I find them while I wait on the more you want to make. I hope the videos are done in a "from ground up" way, so a beginner like me can understand it better.
all these tutorial people on TH-cam are good starting points but being a programmer is only like... 10% to do with programming. the real skills are: - understanding version control and working on large team projects via VCS - thinking how best to solve problems, and how technologies work together - DevOps is basically mandatory now. CI/CD, how to work with cloud and containers and IaC - solid fundamentals like networking, security, Linux OS, what system calls your code is actually making... it's putting all the parts together that is the real skill. it's like calling yourself an architect and all you know how to do is lay bricks
