this may sound rude, but why did she have to get plastic surgery? She looked so well during the show. Im not really all that familiar to plastic surgery but she didnt have that during the show right?
Yeah they seperated sometime before, likely cuz Scott's all about serious relationships and kids and Malia wasnt. She barely got into the idea of relationships in the movie long after her and Scott broke up.

Perhaps not having a relationship with a girl besides long distance ever since elementary school would dissuade others from negative judgement, although Scott McCall in the movie doesn't get to claim that ignorance since he seemed to be doing sexual related things based on what was hinted in the show.
