My Dear, thank you for analyzing it deeply, but in the modern applications of PEB Shed based solar power plants you dont need to require special dedicated paths or walk ways between the rows and columns, just the 1 mtr gap on the sides are enough for cleaning because long wiper are used for cleaning them, if some of the panels are to be replaced during the O&M activities, panels can easily be removed or installed just with small holding clamps.
