hy bro mi have a c360 , it gave me poor printing long time ago and i tried to change the drums units but it never regained its print quality, so i decided to use only the scanner unit, so after around 1.5 or 2 years now its not responding to print or copy job
it just dont respond so any idea what it might be

First, change developers if not yet working check Transfer belt status, if possible change it too

@@CyberYangu does it mean it needs firmware update, printing dirty is one thing we can suspect imaging unit or toner problem but not responding to print and copy function seems unusual, but the scanner works fine, i only use the scanner daily and i print with a small canon printer as print out for copies

now i ordered konica minolta c3351 from alibaba which more compact and manageable interms of parts price and decent compatibtle toners
