So far Pilot Nissim Thapa was also a very talented pilot who had participated many pre world cup in countries such as Idonesia, China, Imner Mongolia, Soith Korea, India and Nepal.
He lost his life while partcipating Ninth National Games in Sarangkot.
However NEPHA ( Nepal Paragliding and Hanggliding Association ) included this game in just 13 days of limited time frame without the legal permission from Nepal Civil.Avaiation Authority. Mainly te then members of NEPHA namely Rup Narayan Shrestha, Shailendra Raut and Indra Bhandari are responsible in the death of Nissim Thapa. Similarly Nepal.Airsports Association (NAA) PPokhara also violated the Air Space Regulation in conducting ninth national paragliding competition. Since Nepal Civil Aviation Authority (CAAN) has given the very limited Air Space to NAA for Tandem Flight from Sarangkot to Pame only, but in the ninth national game held in 2079 Asoj 28 to Kartik 3, NAA had used the larger Air Space in the cross country paragliding competition without having the legal permission from CAAN.
So basically the then members of NEPHA and NAA have been largely responsible for the death of PILOT Nisssim Thapa.
