One of the great things about these SFO replays is that they seem so much more devoid of meta than the usual games I see on TH-cam. It's always nice to see armies you don't normally see. I think I've seen enough Ikit Claw & jezzails vs. Salamanders for a lifetime.
1:20am ahh maybe i should sleep *refresh subs tab* new Indypride SFO battle oh well... if those deckdroppers attacked sooner in the end it would've been ezpz for vampire boys
There is a quality to your videos that no one else seems to be able to replicate. Your style is truly unique, be it the commentary you provide, to the camera zooms. You are an artist my friend and I am really enjoying your art. Keep these coming!
nah my teammate and Oakleys teammate were AI in that battle, but we were still fighting each other. Oakley was the Vampire counts and I was the Dwarfs, it came down to Ungrim vs Vlad in the end
I love how often you say that a particular something is one of the most somethings in all of Total War Warhammer. It just sounds like a nice phrase to add some extra to your esports commentating, especially when it’s used multiple times in one video. Not being facetious, it’s just fun to hear. It highlights the obscene extra-ness of Warhammer.
If only you rear charged the deckdroppers when your general was still alive. Also, I liked the one where the arty crew of elves and dwarfs had to duke it out in mellee more. As close battles I mean.
Watching the Deckdroppers die at the end just reminded me how I'm still annoyingly confused with how Crumble works. The leadership bar seems completely empty for 12 seconds, but without any loss of health (besides getting hit by the DE units, of course). But the for no reason it finally goes away, and then the health bar drops.
Hey Indy, just curious what you thought of 3K (haven't seen any matches from you on it). I've been playing it after my Warhammer dry spell and I think it's been pretty good so far. However Warhammer was my introduction to the total war series, so the unit formation and actually good diplomacy stuff is all a bonus to me.
Don't know if a fire caster is the right choice here. Vampire coast have fire resist in SFO. Then again the amount of AoE damage it provides might make it less of an issue
I just realized... if everything gets boosted to 40k levels of rediculesnes in sfo, what does lord Kroak look like? Does he just insta win the battle? Also: 12:21 is Indy chained to his desk and has been forced to do these casts against his will all along? If so, i suspect his now inactive channel partner to be responsible! He‘s never stopped making money of this channel!
I mean SFO just takes it to Warhammer fantasy lore levels of ridiculousness which while bonkers is it's own breed compared to 40k. Kroak while still quite powerful in lore as a relic priest isn't anywhere near as strong as the most powerful casters. One weakened spell even though in it's full form is a godly event doesn't compete with well over 100 in Mazdimundi's case and complete manipulation of all the winds. Albeit he is amazing in SFO.
The Sisters of the Slaughter with their deadly stats bug me more than any other Warhammer 2 unit in terms of the implausibility of whips being a serious military threat... against troops armored in at least stout leather armor I’m sorry but whip infantry would be little more than an annoyance. Maybe if they were magically energy charged whips or something that could melt metal on contact but as far as I know that doesn’t appear to be the case.
Okay Indy, get all your High elo buddies and do a SFO tournament stream. These games are so clutch, i don't know how you guys macro so many units like it's broodwar.
these 2 dang factions allied with each other in my Last Defenders campaign ( so far the only successful one out of.. like 12 attempts) Does matter how many i defeat, stupid dark elf zombie pirates hit me with 6+ 20 stack armies the next turn. How do they keep producing so many and managing to fill the army out that fast? I literally just beat back 24 20 stack armies 4 turns in a row with my amphibious invasion force of Kroq-gar and a 2 other lords. Kroq-gar manages to take out 2 armies by himself while the rest of his army and the other lords and their armies take the other 4 stacks. But, it is every turn. Does the AI have some kind of recruitment cheat?
What difficulty? Oh and if the 2 other factions control a huge landmass then they can produce a lot of units every turn, but the ai does cheat yes, the higher thebdifficulty the harder it cheats.
@@draregrevtaam1147I am on easy. Could not even get a 2nd province on normal. I have almost all the eastern world under my control. I think my income is something like 17K a turn AFTER my 6 armies. It is no the fact that they have so many armies that fight me, it is that they can literally spit our 6 or more full armies every turn.
i didnt forget about them, you can see them chasing the Fire Mage off the map when she wasnt shattered, which is absolutely a good use for them once theyre out of ammo. they were shooting at the Cold Ones and the Kharibdyss the entire game before that as well
I think that rear charge from the Deck Droppers when Cylostra and Manny were still alive could change the outcome.
yeah that terror on both sides was going back and forth all game
100%.... they legit did nothing at the end there...
Yeah shoudlve used those deck droppers earlier.
or had them chase off routing charybdis
guess he was too focused on lord/hero micro

Where have you seen salamanders? I almost never see salamander replays
@@50ULL355 Really? I've seen ancient sallies in just about every Lizardman composition since the DLC dropped.
@@arthurfisher582 true, but lizard replays are kinda rare. Maybe I'm not looking in the right channels?
@@50ULL355 I've been seeing nothing but Skaven vs. Lizardmen since the dlc.
I think milkandcookies is also just a great commentator and takes great time editing his videos.

new Indypride SFO battle
oh well...

1:10 am xD for me too now feeling the same way

appreciate the kind words mate, will do!
I saw the Scurvy Dogs and immediately had a flashback to The Dogfather's uh... 'unique' play a while back.
haha classic
Closer then Ungrim slaying Vlad with last strike and like 4 HP? If someone remember it send me please.
haha that was definitely closer, but not SFO - th-cam.com/video/R3aGPQ0W8TI/w-d-xo.html
That's some ancient dwarf memory dude
Yeah but that was vs. AI
nah my teammate and Oakleys teammate were AI in that battle, but we were still fighting each other. Oakley was the Vampire counts and I was the Dwarfs, it came down to Ungrim vs Vlad in the end
@@milkandcookiesTW oh ok
Fantastic battle and what a great ending. More SFO pls Indy
The fact that the flying units stay in play after all ground forces are dead means cheese is wayyyyy too strong.
is it just me or anybody else feels like the depth guard are mocking you when they stare with that pose of theirs
definitely a "come at me bro" vibe theyre giving off
I lost my toe after my pet skaven revolted. If you find it please tell me and bring my little skaven army back home.
Now that's what I call a Pyrrhic victory
if cylostra hadnt tried to run there she probably would have killed one of the kharibdyss
Man that was a great fight, a great showcase for SFO!
Ha! Now you are playing on ultra unit sizes! Awesome!
That. Was. Glorious.
You weren't lying when you said it was close, that's for sure.
Oof, that hydra gangbang made me flinch.. brutal stuff
What a Superb Battle replay !!! Thank You Boy! ♥️ i enjoyed from watching this battle ! I'm a Dark Elves Fan boy 😂😈
That balance of power was swingin
Im a bit late to this party, but holy cats, this battle was absolutely griping.
Let’s do a doom stack series. Doom stack vs doom stack. See which factions doom stack rains supreme.
Wood Elves vs the Empire SFO next? Like gigantic armies, or a 2v2?

Gotta love some SFO
Now this is SFO that I was looking for :D
Those kinda replays where as much as you love Indy, you cannot decide between which faction you wanted to win when you saw the title...
What a rollercoaster
*doesn't play TW Warhammer for like a year*
Oh shit they got ghosts riding crabs now??
They invented some fat opera singer ghost madame out of their butt and put it on a huge undead crab. A mouthful to swallow i know.
Man!!!
That battle was not a pile of guano at all!!
In fact
One might say..
It was kinda...Batty
I'll just leave that there for ya...sleep tight
1:12 so she has crabs and a heavy flow? ಠ‿ಠ
this is one STICKY battle
More SFO please, that wa great!
Did you forget about the deckdroppers during tge final standoff?
The deck droppers had a little ammo left before that final duel, i think he was trying to get some potshots of or maybe chase off some routing units
@@50ULL355 It looked like he could have used them to rear charge Hellebron or chase away a fleeing Karibdis. But they just stood there doing nothing.
I was chasing the fire mage off the field, you can see them chasing her in the background
@@milkandcookiesTW ok that clears it up. Thanks for the reply!
Ride of the Val-, wait no, bats?
I thought norsca with a passive 25% missile resist was op, then I see am anti large monster with a 50%
Vampire Coast units look awesome, but I still rooted for the smug bastards led by a dominatrix.
If only you rear charged the deckdroppers when your general was still alive. Also, I liked the one where the arty crew of elves and dwarfs had to duke it out in mellee more. As close battles I mean.
Awesome finale!
Awesome game! Exactly why I love total war
should have used those droppers to rear charge the khary when the last duel went down...

It's hard to do multiplayer casts for 3K when it doesn't fill the same level of depth as Warhammer's I imagine he will occasionally though.
i think the campaign is fantastic and the multiplayer is pretty mediocre

Hair battle spectacular
Great battle!
She got crabs!
Oh, you mean Cylostra and her undead... I was about to say that Druchii against drowned corpses seems a bit one sided.
awesome fight
Crazy fight
That was wild
Best fight ever """Super Saiyans """....
I was planning on sleeping early. Nevermind
What a battle

Most epic game
letting the deck droppers sit there at the last fight was dumb
Nice 😎👌🏻
Sick!
yeah buddy!
Uses the deck dropers when after everyone dies... Lol
what? they were shooting high value targets literally the entire game, and then chased the fire mage off the map near the end
Holy balls ftw!! 😂
Dawn of war 2 music 👌

Missing some norsca gameplay !
