I don't understand why none of the b&b owners, all looking to offer something "extra", don't team up with (so to speak) the horse and cart drivers. Win-win and painfully obvious...
It might not be ti everyone's taste, but it was lovely to see that family spending quality time together, none of them glued to their electronic devices. The kids playing in the beach, running around having fun. Yes, the guy was right it is about making memories. As a child back in the late 70's every year we went to Blackpool to see the illuminations. Had many a caravan holiday, and today have great memories that I treasure of family holidays, and no we didn't care if it rained!

Those carriages are cruel in my opinion. The horses have a horrible life.
They're working animals (for a few years) and undoubtedly very well taken care of. Beats hauling a plow!
