In this Uganda travel vlog, we went on a road trip to the north of Uganda to visit Lira, Gulu, Kitgum and Arua - a few small cities in the remote parts of upcountry Uganda. We did this roadtrip with Ketan, a Gujarati friend we made here in Kampala.

I haven’t finished the video yet but am deeply astonished at how this town is so clean and the people are so friendly. Am from Uganda but always had my stereotypes about that part of the country. At first was hesitant to tap and watch as I didn’t expect anything interesting from there other than poverty and harshness. Big up my brother for this amazing video all the way from Kampala/Masaka.

Thanks Joel! So glad to hear that. We were told similar things before going up there and saw the opposite 😃

This is such a fantastic video. Uganda is beginning to look like a real modern country. And you two have a super lovely aura. Indian influence is visible in every major town in uganda.thanks for taking us along

For sure! Those areas seem so underrated - hope to see them become even more impressive in the near future!

Most people won't believe but most northern towns are abit developed compared to other towns in uganda though economically behind
