What's good #GustoGang, this is an in-depth look at three of the best hotels in Chicago outside downtown! What Chicago hotel would you like us to visit & review next? Thanks so much for watching!!
I know that this has nothing to do with the video but today I biked out to midway airport to the site where the building was demolished i talked to you about earlier and there was a plaque there and this is what it said " The Green Space at 63rd Street and Central Avenue October 2015" "The Crane and Moreland Building was originally constructed on this site in 1927 by Martin Moreland and George Crane. The three story-story building housed offices and small businesses on the first floor with apartments on the upper floors. Designed by architect Edward G. McClellan, the Spanish Baroque Revival structure features exquisite ornamentation, Including vividly-colored terra cotta tiles and friezes that adorned the façade. In adherence to a Federal Aviation Administration safety mandate for Midway International Airport, the structure was razed in 2014. Through the cooperative efforts of the Chicago Department of Aviation and neighborhood residents, many of the building's architectural details were preserved and repurposed on this site." So there you go i hope that you learned something new.😀😎

only negatives of those hotels which are decent, nice, if you drive they charge crazy insane charges for garage parkings, I checked out free parking found few /reserved Ohio Hotel on 600 N LaSalle St. Chicago close to where I used to live remember I lived on Erie st between Dearborn/Clark st. also that Tao restaurant night club is historical bldg is it not? Few bldgs still there from when i was growing up dearborn/erie st AT&t and one kitty corner bldg friend lived there. Others torn down besides one next to 55 W Erie st. the inside has same stairs winding ..beautiful bldg ..
Great video. I stayed in Holiday Jones Hostel last time I visited Chicago 1659 W Division St quite close to Wicker Park. Really nice place for my budget and the location was great! Would love to move to Chicago once I have finished University. Your videos have definitely given me a good insight to life in Chicago and the many aspects that surround it. Can’t wait for the next notification for a new video 🤙🤙 greetings from Scotland 🏴🏴
Thanks so much Andrew! Yea that is a great location for sure! I'm glad to hear that my channel has given you some insight, appreciate the feedback bro 😎💯
I love Chicago and love vicariously revisiting through your channel. I just went to Hyde Park and stayed at the Study on E 6oth,,, fantastic view of the U of C and downtown. It's a new place, perfect for Hyde Park...
Luis, another honest, straight talking, informative, exciting & passionate review of your fantastic city. This is definitely great to know these options and different up & coming area’s. Thanks again, I loved it.😁🙏
Hello Luis! I'm planning on going to Chicago this summer. The problem is I'm only 19 and most of the check in ages are 21. Last year I stayed at the JW Marriott but they are about $500 a night. Any ideas of hotels I can look at rather than booking an air bnb?
@@urielsalinas2762 there's where I stayed it's about 20 minutes from Chicago but the Loews hotel downtown is 21+ and more expensive so make sure it's the o'hare one
what do you think of the Holiday inn Chicago Mart Plaza , is by the merchandise mart. Also me and my family are coming for the first time to Chicago the weekend of 4th of July, what is good during that time?
Appreciate your content. Super helpful as i will be going to chicago for the first time. But i will be staying near the airport due to work. Any tips or suggestions in terms of food, sites or anything for a first timer? Much appreciated
What’s your opinion of the Congress? Is it really “haunted?” I was going to book a room there, but there’s a lot of negative reviews online. We went with the Hampton Inn at the Chicago Motor Club when we visit July.
Thanks for the Video. I stayed a couple of times at the Essex Inn, once in 2011 & another time in 2014, I enjoyed it. That's when they had a pool and gym which no longer exist. I want to go to Chicago again but I am probably going to have to make it a solo trip. Is it dangerous do you think for a guy in his late 40's to go solo to Chicago? I'd be hanging out in the Loop area and North of the River. I want to go to a Cubs game. Do you have any advice for the solo traveler on how to stay safe? Keep in mind, I will be taking a train from the Detroit burbs and once in Chicago I would be taking the L Trains.

How is the city not subsidizing your production already?? Lol I feel like you do WAY more for tourism than the actual Tourism Board
Hoping to get featured in local media soon! Thanks so much Gorga 😎💯

Any thoughts on the blackstone hotel?
It looks incredible and it's on the National Register of Historic Places, I'd definitely love to visit the Blackstone!
If you get a chance or every stray there a review for Hyatt Regency Chicago (downtown I know) I’ve heard a lot of good and a few bad
In a few days I’m moving to Uptown Chicago. Do you have any videos on that specific area of Chicago?
How are you liking it so far? I've done a couple of live tours of Uptown and more content is on the way...
Really enjoying living in the area! There are some really great places to eat and for what we’re paying the location is hard to beat.
How about Guesthouse Chicago hotel?
Do you know any hotels with balcony or accesible rooftop for taking good pictures of the Chicago skyline?
