Apparently I'm a speedfreak been using amphetamine for 2 years without really knowing it or considering it or understanding it and I've just identified withdrawal symptoms
Take amino acid " L tyrosine" for dopamine production Take " L phenylalanine" for other neurotransmitter production Take 5htp for sleep and serotonin production. Exercise, even if u hate it. Get your b12 and other shit blood tested. Was heavy speed user in the 90s, its not fun coming off but the above helps. Hope you're clean by now, if not keep trying. Peace

@Big D Killa Im spectrum too. The Tyrosine and Phenylalanine will keep your dopamine from dropping, caffeine helps too. The biggest effect is removing any problem food you react to, look into the elimination diet. Something like artificial food colouring, gluten, dairy and even potatoes and tomatoes can cause slow digestion, brain fog and low mood. Get b12 and testosterone levels checked out too.

I couldn't take caffeine for most of my life, now I chug coffee all day. Fixing my digestion really helped.
