Okay this boss may not be as bullshit. You can actually cheese the insta-kill obby by standing on top of one of the Deltarune symbols in the Ruins door. I didn't know this at the time unfortunately.

to cheese the obby attack you can hug the wall at spawn and it doesnt hit you as long as you dont move

You could use dio duck bug when you get no gravity at all and at that obby try to use tab glitch
