honestly prefer it this way. most of the times when male leads are breaking down, they shout the end of their words which from a female's pov, no matter how at fault she is, it's scary to have a male suddenly raise their voice at you. and vice versa

I really felt so angry at her for treating him like this. Then after the 13th episode, when they showed her backstory, I pity her. She is insecure and was hurt before. She is just trying to protect herself. This drama shows human emotions at their rawest form. 10/10 recommended

In the beginning, he begs for her to comfort him...don't go, sit here (that sound of his wedding ring against the metal chair was breaking me!), give me your arm & shoulder to lean on, hold me. Then, he shows his true nature & tells her to lean on him...he offers his shoulder to comfort her & holds her to him. Who would not adore this man? He is totally generous...& without any fear of losing himself in his love for her!!
This film should be studied by all people who are afraid to love & feel unlovable...this is how you do it. You surrender to your love for another entirely...and you act on those feelings completely! This is what we all need, & this is how you do it. How beautiful this is...and so full of hope. Films like this are therapy to heal our wounds!!

I hope the writers have planned for good context in her future reveals, her character deserves a meaningful back story after all that Jae Won & Eun Oh have been through. 💕💕

She left him because the person he thought he knew wasn't really her, it's just a manifestation of her escaping the city and desiring to be free, it's not all of her and she's not comfortable that he's not loving her for all of who she is. She also can't even say anything because after coming back to Seoul she found out he's basically VERY tied to her closest social circle, so the side of her that she wanted to leave as a treasured memory back at the beach will easily all come crashing down if she has any sort of contact with him or give the camera/photos back to him.

I see quite a few negative comments but this is the most beautifully shot scene so far in this drama. Yes, I can understand why people would think that she is selfish, insecure, thief etc.... but I love the message behind the story so far.
Have you ever felt like you were never good enough for someone you fell madly in love with? Have you never wanted to try and be someone else because you're scared of being judged for your real self? Because that's how I see her character so far, and I know I've felt this way when dating someone...
As much as he is hurting, she is too (in a different way) and I love how this k-drama is so different in portraying both of them hurting yet still being madly in love with one another. I can't wait until next weeks episodes!
That and because seeing Chang-wook's handsome face is also a bonus 😍

JI Chang Wook's quivering lips and Kim Ji Won's trembling voice made this scene too memorable for me in my history of watching KDramas. Watching this scene several times just makes me admire the phenomenal acting of my 2 favorite actors. I hope the acting award committees in S Korea will notice how heart felt and compelling the scene has been portrayed. I am a big fan of JCW and his chemistry with KJW is amazing.
these two is very compatible and professional. look how raw their acting is. I mean, you just cant see a drunk guy but you can actually feel their pain. look at their eyes! i feel like i dont deserve to watch this. felt like i was spying on them. i feel like someone invading and witnessing this very painful moment of their lives.

I have never seen scene like this in kdrama. This one is briliantly acted and directed. Too realistic, raw and the emotion they portray hits you to the bottom of your heart. Their chemistry not only good at romatic scene but also in deep emotional scene. Good teamwork. The one who enjoy this has good taste 💕
I cant believe this is webdrama? This is more beautiful in any aspects compare to any tv drama airing in south korea now..the actor, actress and director and the script writer whom writing a realistic story, ALL OF THEM..their capabilities are no joke. They are the high rank in kdrama industry. So no wonder this is one of the best netflix kdrama ive ever watch this year. I can see this is an idealist project of them..they not even care any trend genre nowdays in local market/SK. They just make it for netflix worldwide. At the beginning the interview part make people confuse because it is something new for fiewers, but at the end people start to love it. Their hardwork is payed

This scene was so raw. The amount of honesty and emotional shown in this scene.. literally cried watching them talking and trying to express their longing for each other. Chang Wook and Ji Won acted brilliantly
I highly recommend this drama cause it's really different from other kdramas this is more like a Hollywood vibes it's not your usual kdrama the story is well written,Some might be bored after watching the first episode but for me I'm always excited for the next episode cause they will left you think what will happen and does it happen you definitely should watch this.

he must be one of the best actors of our generation. he's incredibly versatile, playing roles like Healer or K2 where he's this fierce badass to this where he's so hurt and DRUNK and he's able to do both at the same time without looking forced... give this man an oscar or something.

I was fucking balling my eyes out at 5am for this man, Ji Chang Wook's acting never disappoints especially in emotional scenes and let me tell you this is one of my all time favourite scenes already plus he's supposed be drunk and sad and he literally put all his heart into this scene, it was absolutely incredible 😭❤ my man better get all the awards!
My tears went like crazy each time I watched this scene.. the acting was a top notch.. his line "day by day, literally day by day, I am dying a little more inside" was the game over for me and my tears where flying everywhere.. I mean I can't understand her! He's strikingly handsome, with a great job and personality AND who loves her to death.. I know she lied to him about who she really is... but common! You have to give him an explanation... and then make him decide ... at least you will have a decent mutual ending.. sigh.. I will remember this scene for a very long time

This is an award wining performance. It's high time that Ji Chang Wook be recognized for his work. When other actors stick to their comfort zone this guy can go and tried every genre possible. That is how versatile he is. People often ignored JCW because people believe in hyping the big agency. They exclude him from every award shows out there because he is from a small agency. Every time his leading lady gets away with an award for the same project and not him. I am glad to know whatever he is today is because of his handwork over the year. He is a brand in himself. I wish him all the luck in the world.
Yea. Thats makes me questioning the award too. But now i realised that as an actor award is just a bonus. Seeing good comment and praises from viewers to his acting was the real award for an actor. It will be more burdern if the actor received an award but they dont deserved it. As JCW fans i always believe in him. He just want to challenge himself as good actor now he prove it once again. Aw! Now it makes sense why I didn't see him in SBS Drama Awards for Backstreet Rookie. I saw Kim Yoo Jung accepted an award and I was thinking why JCW was not there. So sad about that. I wanna hug him. He is doing great and I hope people will also acknowledge his hardwork. I never doubted his acting skills. But this scene really got me. I'm a Ji Won stan and I hope that whatever JCW decides to do his fans will always support and trust his decisions because I really feel for him. ❤ Let's keep supporting this drama! Fighting! 😊

The fact that he didn't even say it while he was crying so hard was amazing. Just the way he said it really made you feel the depth of the pain he was in. Superb acting, one of the best scenes I've ever seen in a while. My heart 💔😭

Chang Wook saying "Don't go" 3 times is damn so painful. Their words are way too heavy. This scene is very heartbreaking.
Ji Chang Wook and Kim Ji Woon delivered a superb acting in this scene. It comes out naturally you can see and feel the pain, longing and love in their eyes. I love this scene too much that I have to watch it again the following day and still cried for the 2nd time.

Out of all the dramas I've ever watched this one feels the most realistic. No slow motion no fairytale effect just so real. Very close to real like couple problems.
JCW is my favorite actor. I saw The K2, Suspicious partner, Healer...etc. I love him.
I have not watched this drama so far as I was waiting for the completion of drama so that I can watch all episodes at a time.
But with out watching drama, when I watched this scene, I burst into tears. Damn.
JCW and KJW, both are brilliant. But JCW is insanely brilliant, impeccable. He just made me feel mountain in heart with out knowing anything about this drama. What an versatile actor.

I've seen some comments saying it's boring, but I started because he was playing ji chang wook. I love the show. Once it is very different, unlike anything I've watched. I laughed, cried, got angry is a series that contains all emotions. I think it was very deep. Maybe it appeals to older people more, that's why negative comments. I say definitely follow. It was very successful.

I have seen almost all his old and new dramas/films but this scene started it all. I saw it randomly and I was hooked. This one takes the cake. Kudos to you Mr. Wook. I am a 48 year old married mother of two, born and raised by parents from the Dominican Republic, so I grew up watching telenovelas , but babyyyy these dramas are amazing!! Bravo ,Korea, they have me hooked!!!!! I will never understand how she can watch him pour his heart out and she doesn't leap across the table to hold him. He and his performance are just beautiful.
