    It’s interesting, 2pac didn’t really gain popularity until he became a gangsta rapper!!! Before that, he was doing black panther/black power type of rap. Think about that!!!

      False his first album went platinum, but I do agree that he gained more popularity the more notoriety he got from beefs and other antics!!

      @@bezzyranx9839 Not true!!! His first album was released in 1991, it didn’t go gold until April of 1995 and was re-released in 2016. So maybe it is platinum now because he has a lot more fans now than he did in 1991. If you are going to dispute what I say then at least tell the truth!! He wasn’t as popular when he first came out!!
