is it possible to use a single button or a nextion touchscreen to rotate 180 on a push and ROTATE BACK 180 degrees? (not another 180, but reverse)

Yes possible. But I have no access that that touch screen. If you can detect the touch in Arduino, or ESP32, you can easily take action to do anything you want.

And is it possible to write the value of the servo live on the pc? Maybe with the SerialMonitor?

Hello, the value is not important. anything above 1kΩ is ok. I've mentioned in so many videos and forgotten it. I just checked the code page and it is printing the position on Serial monitor. Just open it and make sure your serial monitor is set to 115200. see this image to know how snipboard.io/y3pKwG.jpg

hello. thank you for your tutorial. i dare to ask: how would one do this using the wifi capabilities of the esp32? i mean controlling the motor remotely, not necesarily using a potentiometer: maybe from pc is enough, maybe using a cell phone (that woud be too much) . thanks in advance
