...and then the dream of them finally being together was crushed (for now) because Margaux would go after Jack (I'm assuming that's why she turned him down after at conversation they had about her finding Emily's weak spot). I love these two together.
Meh, this ship died a while ago. Them making it endgame felt like they really settled on the ONLY person left. Heck, I didn't ship her with Ben but they had to kill him off just so everyone knew the only person Emily could be left with is Jack lmfao
Back in season 1 when I watched Emily and Jack I got a feeling they wanted to be together but couldn't. Like if you shipped them (I was a multishipper) and even if you didn't you'd have this feeling that there are actual obstacles (the revenge, Amanda, Daniel etc) keeping them apart. After season 2 I lost that feeling. To me it started to feel like what was keeping Emily and Jack apart was... Emily and Jack. And in season 4 especially with Ben ( I wonder if it would have been Aiden instead of Ben if Aiden's actor didn't leave) it felt like Emily was actively choosing not to be with Jack and then changed her mind last minute. I recently rewatched the scene where Jack is about to go to Haiti and Nolan gives Emily that speech about her running away with Jack. I felt like the finale was them taking that idea and running with it ignoring everything that happened.
So Jack's already got David's seal of approval. I kind of love that
How do you mean David has no idea Jack and Emily like each other that way.
Robert Kelly The point is that he approves of Jack in general
Tara Z David would be happy if he Emily got together.
What kind of person is Emily.
Strong, fiercely independent but also vulnerable and kind.
