I'm going to give this a try tomorrow! This is exactly what I needed. I had cleaned the tile thinking it would get sparkly white again and it still has this yellow tint. I'm going to give this a try tonight and see how it goes! Super excited about this one!!!
Thank you for posting your video on these two products. I have only used the Polyblend product to do a kitchen and family room grout project, so I have nothing else to compare. I was also interested in the review of the GroutShine pen. So, after viewing your video, I am convinced that the Polyblend was the right choice. Yes, the pen would provide a quicker method of applying a coat of grout paint but, as you mention, the current price of the product online is 30.00 dollars per pen (although they are running a 50% off special). What I like about the Polyblend is that it is both a paint and sealer, the latter of which is most important in such places as a shower enclosure, or, as in my situation, a heavily trafficked floor that needs almost daily mopping. Applied with a toothbrush, it is quick to apply, let dry, then scrub the "over paint" with a scrubbing pad like you show here. After a year my floors look great, with just a lightly damp cloth to clean up the grout lines that eventually do get dirt and stains in them from the floor traffic. I plan next to freshen up the grout lines in my showers and bathtub tile walls. Also, as you advise, it would be good to prep the grout with a good grout cleaner to get out the built up dirt and stains before painting. In fact, the prep took me the longest to do before applying the Polyblend. Great video and keep up the good work!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge. The previous owner of my house never took care of his house and the Grout looks like it has never been cleaned before. The Top of the Bathroom Tiles looks white than the ones at the bottom.

Just found your video in the middle of my shower tile cleaning painting project. I first tried a grout pen (different manufacturer than yours) but it wouldn’t dispense the paint very well. Then, I bought Grout Renew Arctic White and put it in with a craft paintbrush. I like the toothbrush idea better! Will continue with that. By the way, love your accent, de donde eres, Venezuela?
I need to get polyblend. I hate our kitchen floor. I can clean it 65 times in a row and it never looks clean. The 1 and only product I found that ever worked is zep grout cleaner. But after a while again with traffic build up it's back to square 1. I wish they would figure out a solution to have tile without grout.
So she originally wanted white, to whiten her grout. After applying it, she found out it made her grout gray. But unlike 99% of bathroom owners, she decided she like gray more than white. Maybe this is a cultural thing from Brazil, where Amazonian mold green is preferred.

What type of scraper are you using?
I am using a plastic tool it’s not actually a scraper, for my second Polyblend project a got a plastic scraper from Amazon, best investment ever 🙌🏽
How did this hold up in the shower walls?

I tried a pen, it was hopeless the flow was hit and miss, more miss actually making it impossible to get the job done .
