@@CaptainHalodude While yes.. the ease of replacing the e5530 is so much easier. I dont know why they made it where you literally have to remove everything to get to the keyboard. Seems like it could have been thought out a bit better.
What’s the sticky plastic backing called? I heard what you called it in the video but can’t find it in a search. My plastic backing was shredded in some parts. Do I need to replace it?

Upgraded the keyboard for our XPS 15 laptop. The Parts-People keyboard was excellent quality; it types and feels better than the original.
