I think you got a decent tool for that price, it comes with a HD stand, I have recently seen them on princess auto (without the stand)for much less but the stand alone makes your purchase a complete tool and the higher price reflects that.
Kaka? Man, sometimes I think these company’s should run their names through a translation service to see how it sounds around the world. ;-) Looks like a well built product though.
