@@shawn112789 Yeah, I have a friend that wears them down and gets them refinished, another friend that puts rubber on them immediately. I just love the look of the red paint, so the Zaggs hold that look for a long ass time... eventually if they get dinged up, I’ll get them refinished and start the process over... but at the end of the day it comes down to what you love about the shoes and how much the wear and tear on the bottom bothers you :)
When I look at my current collection, almost all of them are in a black/grey/white... I think I lean that way because you can wear them with anything! Thanks for your comment! I never know if I’m just randomly blabbing too much 😆

I started wearing them more for special occasions, and I still think that’s probably the best to keep them looking fresh, but the more success I’ve had with the screen protectors on the dress shoes and the fact that I can mostly just wipe up the sneakers, I’ve started wearing them a little more often. But for example, now that I have quite a few pair, I can wear maybe one a week and rotate them so they aren’t being worn down super quick! Also, this year we haven’t really had the chance to go anywhere “fancy” so I just pop one on to go teach in sometimes 😂 The kids like the sneakers a lot!

Have you every tried adding the screen protector for the soles of your CL sneakers ? i just bought a pair today & the store staff said some buyers add a clear sole base to keep it clean & shiny red. wonder if it would be sticky if we tried to peel screen protectors off rubber soles ... pls try & let us know ! TQ :)
Replying here too just so anyone else can see … I have quite a few pair of their sneakers (you can check out my other videos) and I don’t put anything on the bottom of them. I do, however, wipe them up after each use and scrub the white part of the soles with sneaker wipes if they get too dingy. I don’t wear them every day and I rotate them out, so they have stayed looking close to new for a while!
If you mean in general, I find their sneakers to run a little large on me… I’m generally a 9.5 in most brands so I either order a 42.5 (true to size) or 42 (a half size down)… but sometimes it depends on the shoe… I also don’t have “wide feet” so I wouldn’t size down if you do. My thoughts is that you can always add an extra insole if it’s a little big but there’s nothing you can do if it’s a little small. So in theory, your “true to size” is a 43
@@paulyHFM yeah, they’re from 2019 and usually once they’re gone it’s almost impossible to find again … if you really want them, grab them! It’s probably the only time you’ll ever see your size again

I do wipe them up after each wear with a baby wipe or occasionally sneaker cleaner if it’s being stubborn... if you’re wearing them every day then you’ll eventually wear down the sole near the back of the heel... there are some people that put “heel taps” on them but I hate the look so don’t do it personally. You also can put a crease protector in the front... I don’t do that, but I do use shoe trees and stuff them with the paper between wears. I also wear them at most once a week, since I rotate which ones I wear and other shoes depending on the day

@@BLKCreativeStudio yeah... if you were going to get a pair with red painted leather on the bottom, then I would suggest looking at my or a different video tutorial on using Zagg screen protectors to keep them bright red for a long time... but with the sneakers just keep up with them and don’t wear them someplace that’s gonna get them really dirty
