Indian curry can be as mild and creamy with coconut and butter and as hot and firey as a Vindaloo and Phall with red hot chillis and tomato based. There are so many varieties in between. A biriyani is layered basmati rice with meat and cooked slowly and often topped with fried onion. It’s a fantastic meal in itself. Please if you have never tried Indian food,give it a try.
