I had to replay just to see if his leg broke or not😭
I can say without a doubt that he felt that and was feeling it for a long time. This spring I was going in the house and tripped and my right shin struck the metal plate oft the door frame and in July I still can see where I hit it. It’s kind of indented and just slightly discolored. My dr said it’s just a deep bone bruise but I wish they’d of done X-rays. This guys has got to be much worse because he was moving much faster and flew a greater distance before hitting.

PSA: Don’t wrap your hand or fingers in the rope for tug of war. I know someone who lost a finger that way when the rope snapped.
Worth saying on the most basic of rope handling safety rules, "NEVER EVER wrap the rope/line/even string around your fingers, hands, or other anatomy!!!" ;o)

Also let go of the tube handles if said tube becomes airborne, I destroyed 4 fingers on my right hand.

A lot of folks just don't realize how dangerous such seemingly little things can get. My first real course in line safety was in the Navy, BUT it shouldn't have been. Fishing line severs fingers regularly every year... and that's not always trying to drag in "truly man-sized" fish... It's amazing how little it can really take for a "degloving" injury and even that, if bad enough, can result in amputation.
In any case, it bugs me just a little bit, so I try to share my knowledge whenever reasonable... Glad you can see it for what it is. ;o)

Some people are simply idiots. I was in the Bahamas a number of years ago with family members and my father-in-law's fiance (at the time) found a sea-star on the beach. It was about 2 inches across. She picked it up, screamed, dropped it. Picked it up again, screamed, dropped it a second time. Picked it up a third time, screamed, dropped it and ran away. It was dead, and she had no brain cells whatsoever.
