'Fair' is used in here meaning 'beautiful'. Who is the fairest of them all - who is the most beautiful. Not who has the most white complexion. I think Rachel is an OK Snow White, but her yellow dress looks so cheap. And unfortunately, when you put her next to Gal Gadot, Gal is more beautiful, so it is a bit weird that the queen would be jealous of Snow's beauty. and all that girbossing nonsense is insufferable.
