Nope. It was from 2006. John was dating a cop to get close to her for the SPD and Marlena was MAJOR jealous because they were seperated at the time(per her request). Love that set of scenes.

Because he's just such a badass and EJ just doesn't know what the Hell to think. EJ EVER shooting John was so stupid. So for John to get back the upper hand made me SO happy.
