That filter looks amazing. I too hate the taste, and even the smell of mains water here in the UK. I have an RO filter fitted to where the mains line enters my house - a huge thing that I have to add huge bugs of salt into every few months, but it doesn't completely get rid of the horrid taste and smell of chlorine so I still buy several 5 litre bottles of spring water every week. Business shut down. Of course Target was open and I imagine so was Walmart. Not sure though. Stay safe. We have more snow Friday, up to 3 inches predicted. Finally reach 32°Sunday. Yeah!

I've only drank distilled water for decades. I replenish my minerals with my regular supplements. There is NO clean water in ANY water system in US. Every system allows some "effluents" in every system. Effluents are sewage.
We have a water distillery also, but it takes up too much space and energy to use it in the camper. We plan to have an outdoor kitchen one day, and I plan to set up the distiller on its own solar unit so it can just stay set up and self-sufficient. But until then this is our best option in my opinion.
