For a V8 engine I'd definitely prefer an automatic transmission to avoid any problems with clutch slips and over revs

I thought that a small block Chevy would be a perfect match for the Corolla from the same era

Correct Lexus was founded in 1989 and The KE70 shape was made from around 1981 to 1985

Love the Corolla, would just like to know the make of that D4d clutch? My Fortuner D4d is tuned and I'm on my second clutch in 2 years now, it just can't handle the torque, So if that one can manage a 1UZ V8's power & torque it must be different to the OEM one. But great job and sounds awesome. Great channel guys.
