That looks like the old packaging. Do you still have the box? The first 3 ingredients are Talc, Silica, Aluminum Chlorohydrate. The reformulation is talc-free (and other much better ingredients), comes in a pink box that says MATTE, and can be refilled.

Keep the plastic in there always covering the powder (if there is one). And blot your face with tissue to absorb moisture before you put powder but worse comes to worse use paper towel and rub gently to take off that hard pan☺
