Pershore War Memorial Centenary

Monday 1st November 2021 marks 100 years since the unveiling of Pershore’s War Memorial inside Pershore Abbey. An All Saints Day Evensong Service was held at 3pm on Sunday 1st November 1921 during which the memorial was unveiled by the 9th Earl of Coventry.
This video commemorates the Centenary and includes both archive footage, photographs and a recording of a special wreath laying ceremony at the Memorial.
