The videos you post are brilliant guys, I feel like because you don't sell the quick fix BS that most people do you aren't as popular as you could be which is such a shame. Maybe you should use pics of Adam from his pro physique days as adverts all the time and people would be all over it lol. Thanks for the content guys.
Great video. No doubt this will go over a lot of people's heads and before they criticise I hope they all post footage of their elite totals. Great questions by the mindpump guys as well. Thank you kindly
This was wonderful I'm loving your channel. I have an issue with lower back osteoarthritis and I have to squat on small weight plates because I have been told I have one leg slightly shorter than the other due to my arthritis and I can't get depth without squatting this way. But I find front squats on small weight plates is so much more comfortable for me. Can you please do a video on front squats as correct form if you haven't already done so please? Thank you
where are the other videos, i have no idea where ep 3 and 4 are. it takes like 2 seconds to link the next video and previous video, 6 years later they are lost. or at the very least episode 1 2 3 4 then i could search the channel fix your squat 1 2 3 4 ect. watched the first one, got real interested working from ankles up found the second one by chance then it links to Bulgarian squats and the trail goes cold. i dont even think episode 3 and 4 exist, its a lie.
The video you referenced does not explain how to improve ankle dorsiflexion. Nor does this one other than it's important. Now I'm not trying to be negative or a prick. So, what I'm asking is what do you guys recommend to improve ankle dorsiflexion. I literally can't squat with out my heels rising unless I use squat shoes. Even with the squat shoes on I still have to lean a little forward to reach at least a 90% angle. You guys have given great advice since I started watching your vids back in march, so I was wanting to know your guys recommendation on improving ankle dorsiflexion.
Devin thanks for tuning in for our videos. Here's a link to our 4-part series that covers ankle dorsiflexion: th-cam.com/video/_sM2xiRuwwQ/w-d-xo.html let us know if you still think we should record another video if this doesn't answer your question.
Mind Pump TV thank you for the responses and I will try theses stretches and movements. One last question though. Everyone that talks about ankle dorsiflexion problems say there are two reason for the problem. One is a pinch from the Talus bone, and the second is tight calfs. My calfs are tight no doubt about that but I don't feel any pinching. If I get on one knee on the ground and lung the other knee, trying to get my knee over my toes. I can't even get my knee over my toes. I measured the distance I can move my knee before my heel rises, and I can only move my knee to 2.5 to 3 inches. Can my calfs really be restricting my mobility that much?
LOL, it is funny... *Juggernaut Training Systems* doing a similar 5 part series of how to squat properly...."Squat Pillar".... I wonder who is copying off whom.... Chad Wesely Smith is the man.... not sure about you guys...I will see what you have to offer... lol
Not a day goes by that I don't say my blessings for finding Mind Pump!
I could literally feel the tightness in my ankles as I listened to this.
Thanks fellas, my wife and I absolutely love your podcast and your programming.
Loved the front loaded squat mobility test!

You're welcome!
Please get Dr. Jordan on as often as possible! He and Sal could fight for the most talk time. 😂
Is the position of the foot (how turned the toes are) going to be a little bit different for everyone depending on their hip structure?
When I add the counterweight in i can properly do a squat. So does that mean that I have proper ankle mobility? If so, what is there to fix?

bill link Its just ironic. Chances are both channels filmed videos days before posting...
bill link Does it matter as long as it's good information? They do a lot of these videos to help answer questions from there podcast and programs
Both have great content. Instead of trying to assume stupid copying, enjoy THE EXTRAORDINARY INFORMATION ON THESE VIDEOS.
