That first clip looks like “C-crossing” on the Netheravon road. As a kid i used to watch the chieftains come down from Larkhill here amazing to watch a listen too. This never gets old.👍👍
Watching the furious waving across the road, at the tank crossing, reminds me of a time in the late 80s (86, 87?) when I was driving south from Devizes. I (slowly) passed a tank crossing where the fire brigade were cutting a woman out of a Ford Sierra. She'd come barrelling down the road, as the entire 14/20th Hussars Regt crossed - and had gone straight into the side of a Chieftain. She was now in tha back seat, under the engine - and the car had collapsed in on itself back to the windshield. I don't think the Chieftain crew even felt the bump...
