Any plans to make a video dedicated to homes/neighborhoods that are not in master planned communities? Notice that many TX realtors on YT have a ton of in-depth videos on the suburbs but not about the older neighborhoods. What are the pro/cons of these monstrous cookie cutter communities vs older neighborhoods (ie: avoiding MUDS, PUDS, PIDs), especially if living in a great ISD is a non-issue. Also, for those of us from out of state looking in older neighborhoods (Park Hill, Tanglewood, Monticello, Westover Hills, etc.), key for aligning with a well versed realtor who is in the know when it comes to pocket listings.
We aren't opposed! What area would you be most interested in? We did a few on different areas but our audience didn't seem to have as much interest as the new communities.
