Can you wear the foundation under the eyes ? Do you set this for longer wear ?

That is completely up to you if you want to wear foundation under your eyes, or just wear concealer. 3 Drop Weightless Serum Foundation has a very dewy finish, so some people like to dust with translucent powder to control shine or to set in places they tend to produce oil .
