With 4.6L DOHC V8 Dual-VVTi 400hp @ 500Nm torque And an 8spd Sportronic AT from the LS460L with torque vectoring AWD....and 4Wheel Steering
Design is not their forte.. Nobody can beat the S-class, A8 or 7-series. It will certainly be a good car, but design wise(and hi-tech wise) it's a different story... Nobody can beat the German's ,for that matter.

Real exclusive Toyota are available only in Asia: Crown, Century, Alphard, Majesty, etc. When you know them and tried them, really all European cars feel just the same.
This just missing a panoramic roof and ambient lighting but the interior doesn't look bad. Love the headlights and the tail lights look good as well.. Think they could've worked on the crown logo a little bit tbh over the years to give a more exquisite look. The dash ain't too bad either.

This car begges for V35A-FTS {Lexus LS tt V6 engine). And why these idiots have let ES to berry GS alive an cripple iS, without these cars Lexus brand cant have any pride or respect and cars like LS or LC or upcoming LQ will have bad sales. Cars like ES and RX hurt Lexus image, they sell well but they are destroying glorious Lexus cars. I know, they have tt i4 AR in development (good for 350hp) and 650hp ttV8 is coming. Also that V35A has already proven it's reliability, despite it's complexity. So why Lexus sites on their ass, doing nothing? Also Toyota could make Supra themselves. In the past, Supras were build on chassis from Toyota's business (Chaiser, Mark, Cressida, Aristo) sedans and had engines from them in order to showcase brand's power and pride. The only thing new Supra showcases - Toyotas greasiness and shame. V35A-FTS could easily be factory tunned to have around 500hp without sacrificing reliability, only fuel economy and remissions. Even now that engine can make 600hp with a simple ECU tune. It would be one hell of a Supra on TNGA-N platform from this Crown, it would have front mid engine layout, just like the Crown. . They also could tune Aisin 10 speed for more sporty behaviour.. And no one would care that it would have v6 instead of i6 as no one cares that original R32 GTR had RB i6 were is modern once have v6es. I am really glead that this pice of junk has very bad sales and i hope that new Nissan Z will totally outrsell this Toyota badged BMW.

Be sold in North America as the Ford Crown Victoria so a joint venture between Ford and Toyota should reopen the former Ford facility in St. Thomas, Ontario in Canada and make those cars including with the Lincoln Town Car or Continental badge to sell in North America.
I feel like it would sell very well to the extent that people would choose it over any Lexus model, I'm honestly upset that this generation of the crown was never made available in the US 'cause I would definitely want to get my hands on a black on black 2020 Toyota Crown with a V6 or V8 (RWD if possible). Instead we have the ugly ass 2023 not quite a crossover, nor hatchback, nor sedan. It's genuinely upsetting.

It's ugly. From color to interior design it looks hideous. Don't get me wrong , I love Toyota. But this car is meant for luxury segment so it has to play the part. It doesn't even look as good as the lexus GS.
