Now over 69 my journey started with my 1st awakening in 1981. What I have learned and feel compelled to share is that tenderness to one’s self during profound times of personal and collective change can be one of the greatest gifts to ourselves. In any transformation I believe we go foward step back, go forward step back, go forward step back as we brail our way into a future self. Some of the triggers can be about the other person and their 3D position. When I got curious I wondered wow they are making assumptions about me. They think they can offer advice that wasn't requested. They have a poverty mindset. Not me. But the suggestion from them once I let go of my reactivity it became clearer that their comments assumed 'help' says more about them. And I let it go.

It is sad to see the fires. Cali is a natural disaster place. I like to visit but I’d never live there! Why am I very upset about it because these abusive dog owners are leavin their dogs suffering outside on the balcony and freezing cold weather at triple digits crying and crying for hours and hours and nobody, no authority will help her I think that's a good reason to be upset. Or one would be twisted to not be upset. That's not little things that has to do with not being awake. So many animals are allowed to be abused and there's no fun and joy or happiness. And oh yah, neighbors above me kept me from sleeping for over 3.5 years.. I'm awake all my life to reality that is twisted and insane. Why am I very upset about it because these abusive dog owners are leavin their dogs suffering outside on the balcony and freezing cold weather at triple digits crying and crying for hours and hours and nobody, no authority will help her I think that's a good reason to be upset. Or one would be twisted to not be upset. That's not little things that has to do with not being awake. So many animals are allowed to be abused and there's no fun and joy or happiness. And oh yah, neighbors above me kept me from sleeping for over 3.5 years.. I'm awake all my life to reality that is twisted and insane. Every human has a different life in every animal has a different life.
