to install this system is not necessary to use refillable cartridges, the system can be installed directly on the original cartridges that come with the printer, I work in the printer and bought the hp 4615 because it is very good and will install the system for 7 months and has never given me problems

yes.what is your cartridge type ?HP 670?HP 670 chip haven't would you able to ship it.Now we are out of the model HP 685/HP 655.

My black ink does not print I checked inside the carriage and the 3 colors have a plastic rubber pad on where the ink flows in but in the black ink there's only a steel grid is it that the rubber cover fell off? can you check yours and confirm if the black carriage has only a steel header with no rubber cover on it like the other 3 colors?

I have the 4615, is there any way to print wireless? I bought it a while now and I only opened the box today 17 October, 2015. Probably bought it last year Oct or Nov, 2014. So how to set it ip to get wireless? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

the chip is problem this printer' i install the ciss' just black color work' all color is not print good' becouse the chip' i thing the i have not ARC chip this is the problem??

Can somebody help. please. My printer says that there is a problem with printer or ink system and advice to turn printer off and than on again. I have done that but it gives an Oxc19a0042 error message. How do I repair that?
