I don't think he even took this album seriously. He rated lovesick higher than this while a good chunk of runtime on this review was despising his r&b efforts on lovesick and partly LOAD. on top of that, the don is a travis scott clone narrative continues which makes no sense when you have songs like tore up, bandit or even ones like glock and new drop. swear half the complainers bounced after listening to the the travis collabs.
Yeah fr, i never understood the 'don is travis' arguments. They use similar beats and work within a similar genre, that is really the only comparison. You wouldn't say SZA and H.E.R are the same? They use the similar beats within the same genre. Like Trav and Don. People just like shitting on new music, saying carti is just copying future now too is crazy, and ion even fw carti much.
Plus saying this is worse than love sick is crazy, I liked lovesick but its easily his weakest project. Considerably worse than Hardstone, Fantano seems to have this odd vendetta against Don.
