Taking care of ourselves mentally and physically is not a sin itself. However we shall glorify the Lord in all of our ways (1. Corinthians 10:31). So the question isn’t always “is it a sin to do this or that”, the purity of your heart and the reasons behind your actions is what matters. That’s why Jesus criticized the Roman’s and called them hypocrites. They were so focused on the law that they forgot the heart behind it. Ofc there are things that are plain and simple sins (stealing, killing) but sometimes the sin lies in our ways, thoughts, hearts (idolizing people, obsessing over looks/problem, looking down on people) So please seek the Lord (Matt 7:7-8) for He will answer and give you clarity. He knows your heart and is able to help if sin is indeed found in it and you are willing to repent (Psalm 51:10), (Matt 5:8) No matter the case, you can trust and lean on him, he will not fail you in his mercy, grace and compassion
If you think he died for your sins you are incorrect. Jesus never once said he died for anyone's sins. Paul was a wolf in sheep's clothing. Paul made up many things Jesus never said. Paul's teaching contradict the words of Christ. So I ask how is he your saviour?
Jeremiah 8:8 is throughout the Bible,... Christians are lost my Sister. Don't be lost in church dogma. Follow the words of Christ. If you follow the words of Paul you will be lead astray.

I don’t know if you’re Jewish or a Hebrew Israelite, but you are leading people astray and you are teaching a doctrine of demons, not Apostle Paul. Jesus is the risen king, he is both the Son of God and God, and he is the Messiah because he did indeed die for our sins and he is coming back! Repent and receive Him as your savior because he's the only way. God bless you.
