    I so relate! I love the outdoors. I like living in quiet simplicity. I love hiking, but I also love the fun and culture of the city life.

    Absolutely appreciate the fact that you're breaking down your experience and take-away from EACH of these influential books separately! Your honesty and vulnerability is touching. It breaths life back into these writings / poetry! Your interpretation adds so much color! - Makes me want to read these "manuals" you use! - Hmm I think what hit me most profoundly... your commentary on highlighting that in order to have empathy and understanding with one another- it (requires) some level of "shared experience". Very very well said. I am grateful for timing, presence and even more so: accumulated stories and experience! Bc my 'blue prints' ultimately give me keys to connect with other people's blueprints in different ways! Bc as you said! It is these beautiful and mysterious unfolding's of our lives that allow us all to connect- in our friendships! In our partnerships! In our shared interactions! THANK YOU! {Subscribed! Hooked!}

    Great journey.
    For no reason my body rebels against this. Then i realized it is not about me. It is about You. And it is amazing.

    Hi Sheng! I saw your video today about the Vipassana meditation and also saw this video. Only a few people I know, know Rilke. People knew him has a taste to some varying degree! Relatable too as I also got laid off. Currently prioritizing my health first then vipassana and the things I want to change in the world! btw just want to say your videos are so high quality! My aspirations too in the next few months! Is that a grounding sandals?

      It's great to hear from you, and I'm glad you found the videos on Vipassana meditation and Rilke engaging. Rilke's work indeed resonates deeply with those who have a certain taste for profound and introspective literature. It's always exciting to meet others who appreciate his writings.
      It's admirable how you're prioritizing your health and considering Vipassana as part of your journey forward. Taking care of your wellbeing is crucial, especially during times of transition. It sounds like you have a thoughtful and positive approach to navigating this phase of your life.
      Thank you so much for your kind words about the video quality! It's something I put a lot of effort into, so I really appreciate your acknowledgment.
      Regarding the sandals, they are BEDROCK brand. I don't know if they're specifically designed to be grounding shoes... but I find I feel far more connected to the earth when I wear these instead of 'close-toed' alternatives. I'm glad you noticed them!
      Keep focusing on your health and aspirations, and I'm sure you'll make great strides in the coming months.

      @@ShengHuang No worries brotha, appreciate the time you respond to our comments as well! it's been 4 months since I made that reply and many changes. I have already done Vipassana and how tremendously it changed my perspective, it even gets deeper, whoa! Yes, health is always a priority. Health is wealth after all! I cant help but think that this is a somewhat automated response? XD

    Thank you for your thoughts. I very much appreciate how you always leave me thinking. I feel I should start writing down my reflections on your thoughts. Even though I understand writing brings clarity, I somehow stay stuck in the absorption of the content mode instead of digesting it and internalising it. I do agree with Robin. Would be curious to know your thoughts on Jordan Peterson's work. Thank you again.

      Thanks for stopping by again :) I think we're really trained these days to consume rather than to reflect and create. And when we do, it is often in a narrow sense like for work because those are the most immediate things on our radar. This usually happens at the expense of the deeper and more slow rolling things that shape us, which inherently needs the space and time away from distractions to pick apart.
      What timing, I just came across Jordan Peterson last month and was intrigued. Do you have any recs either books or videos by or featuring him?

      @@ShengHuang I would say the best start could be a recording of him promoting his book "12 rules for life to get the flavour what the book is about. There are many talks from his book tour on YT. But after that, depends what you are interested in - philosophical debates, current affairs, practical advice for life etc...there is no shortage of his content on YT, I am sure you found his channel already. I resonate a lot with him in the area of his work where he is inviting young people to take responsibility and how to organise one's life efficiently to be a contributing member of society. I am very drawn to his ability to translate philosophical principles into actionable steps. Martina

    Awesome video. I'd love to know your view on a book I recently picked up, 12 rules of life by Jordan Peterson (very famous book). It's extremally psychological and straight to the point but I wonder what your philosophical view on this book would by. I'd suggest to give a short opinion on every rule, which might make the video long but since this is a popular book, it will also generate more attention. This is of course all suggestion, keep doing your thing, you've been a great teacher for a calmer worldview so far ;)

    Oh, the human condition of this side of life. Just how difficult it is to actually talk to one another, I think most of all because of an allcompassing culture of ´impressive´. Just the entire reality of analyzing my expressions in terms of ´impressive´ or not, and how, before I utter them. So what I say to another is such a different story than my ture inner self always.

      It is different experience for different people with different hearing. For me it is on the edge, i like it if it is smoother. But unsub because of that is just mad. Allow people to do mistakes and help them to decide if they want to ack it or not. The influence by the cancel culture is against nature.
