Lori로리 I loved the original choreo as well, but I noticed that apart from iconic choreography like Move he almost always changes something, especially during big concerts or tours. And I think it’s great, cause he never repeats the same concept. When I was in Seoul and saw the screening of his ITM concert and 3 days later saw Xtm in Fukuoka those were two totally different spectacles. A lot of songs were the same, but a lot of things - from musical arrangements, through choreography and stage design were very different. It was great and fascinating to experience those two concerts in such a short period of time. It only shows the greatness of Taemin and how he really cares about the smallest details to bring to his audience unique and unforgettable performances!
@@Auntie67 I know that he changes things for each concerts and I love that about him because it shows his artistry. But I think he doesn't really changed much of the choreo in cases of songs like Danger and Move because it's the work of other choreographers and has become iconic moves associated with the songs. He just adds something extra to it. Like for example in Want, the dance moves were almost kind of lazy in the MV, but in his latest concert his moves were sharp and aggressive. The choreo is still the same though. Whereas in Artistic Groove, since he's the one who choreographed the dance, he has the prerogative to change it whenever he wants.
@Harmon McCraw In case of the Want Dance practice, someone mentioned that it was filmed simultaneously with a photoshoot. That's why it is what it is. Still good though 😄. But I do get what you mean. In this particular clip, however, it's not that he's performing this with less heart. It's just that the new moves doesn't really match the beats of the song like the original choreo did. Plus add the fact that the back up dancers are all wearing this shiny coats/jackets that hid their body lines. The song is called Artistic Groove! How can they show it when their bodies were encased in these voluminous (for me at least) outfits? P. S. I don't think Taemin is in any way restricted on how he must perform his songs.

Love this performance and the dancers were fantastic as always too but I hope he’ll still perform the original choreo in Korea. I loved it 🥺

I think it was due to the type of stage they were on, so they had to give a diff type of show

My complaint about backup dancers in general is that they far too often cover the performer.
