I had this osmosis for about 3-4 months and after two months it stopped working. Water is not flowing out from the faucet. Followed the instructions for the setup, and it worked at first but after two months it just completely stopped working, don’t know why, pretty frustrating since the water here is not great.
Quick question I have installed the system following the video. I’ve also installed a Ice Maker system. The RO system, seems to not be pressurized. The faucet pours water, then the water pressure drastically drops and it only dips water out. The tank doesn’t seem to be gaining water either. Any suggestions, I have the valve opened so I know water so be going through the system

How often should the system be purged and how often sanitized? What does purge do, and if not purged after changing filters does that mean you’re drinking stuff you shouldn’t be drinking because it hasn’t been flushed out?
Hello- We are happy to help! Sanitizing the system is recommended immediately after installation or after servicing any inner parts. Purging the system is needed so that your water won't spurt out in other parts of your home. If the system isn't properly purged the water may not be safe to drink. Note: The purging process is over when you can’t smell the odor of bleach anymore. In both cases, you can use the water as soon as it starts flowing through the system again. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to Innovations Team at 1-800-952-5039 and select option 1. We hope this helps! JW
@@geappliances what does “after servicing any inner parts” mean? Is replacing the filters and membrane “replacing in ear parts” so it needs to be sanitized after that? And what about purging? Does it need to be purged of filters are replaced and it’s not sanitized? Why in your videos of replacing filters does it never mention purging and sanitizing??
What about the purge process? Im the manual it says it is part of the installation. It seems pretty negligent to leave that part out of the installation video.
