Pixel 8a is literally launched by Google at a price range of 53k so consider it in the flagship range of iqoo 12 ,one plus 12 etc. It's camera performance is worse than in comparison to pixel 7a. If Google can optimise the camera of pixel 8a through next software update then we can consider about talking regarding camera of pixel 8a. Pixel has tensor g3 processor which has a weaker gpu in comparison to pixel 8 and 8 pro for which it's post processing ability is not that good. Not gonna lie but there are several smartphones around 40 k or between 30-40k whose camera performance is better than pixel 8a they are Samsung s23fe,iqoo Neo 9 pro, Motorola edge 50 pro, vivo v29 pro, OnePlus 12r(I know it's camera performance is not that great but it's still better than pixel 8a). Google is claiming that they use ai in their photos well many smartphone brands have already started integrating ai in the photos and they also don't ask permission to upload the photos like Google does. Along with this google is literally providing you 4400 mah battery and with 18 watt charger which even doesn't come in box 😂. Just the only good thing is you will get clean ui experience with 7 years of Android updates. What the heck will you do with 7 years of Android updates when the phone will heat like lava,has weaker camera performance in comparison to it's competitors, battery capacity is small and charging speed is way slower than 15k smartphones. Literally my 3 year+ old xiaomi smartphone mi 11x has 33w charging with 4520 mah battery capacity which even I consider to be very slow in 2024.
