Hello Christian, Can't find that particular base mix in my neck of the woods, so I'm going for casein powder from a local vendor. I used to make cheesepaste from bread, but trying something new for a change. And I will go for danish and french cheese, which are more easily available (well matured Danebo and Papillon roquefort), and liquid cheese flavouring from an ebay vendor. I have always moulded the paste around the hook, but I think I'll try to rig it on a short hair with a paste coil tied to the end of the hair..
