Since this is a returning crossover, the first two essences will come back but they won’t be placed on the logic path board to collect, but technically yes if you have many inspirations (the lightbulbs) saved up then yes you could get them as a f2p!
for the upcoming new 3rd part, we don’t know if it will release the new skin(s?) in an essence or in the shop yet, if it is in the shop then no because now all crossover shop skins & accessories are for echoes only, which can only be bought with real money😞, BUT if the 3rd part comes in the form of an essence then those will be on the board to collect which gives you a higher chance than inspirations alone!

your telling me your getting mad over a crossover returning?… chances are that you actually haven’t owned the costumes b4 when the crossover was available and bought or traded a account cause your getting mad over people having a chance to get a skin. If it was limited it most likely would’ve been like , IDV denying the return of persona and keep in mind it’s a TWO part agreement policy for a crossover to come back not just one. And they can’t rlly add other features to the skins unless there’s a bug or it’s a S skin that’s like bland. But either way it dosent hurt to actually be positive like after this return like 70% chances are that it won’t return so don’t worry that much.

I should have sold my acc when I had the opportunity. First it was the junji skins and now p5? Sooner than later all of the rare skins are gonna come back and clearly u don’t know the value of rare skins. This game is dead and this is an attempt to bring back players
I clearly know values, and trust and belive all crossover can come back execpt for death note and js bc “oh the costume is rare” that doesn’t mean it can’t come back, all skins without the limted tag can come back. and sure I actually do know values as persona A skins in trading used to been like 110-150 dollars (awakened form ) and like 80-100 dollars kaito costume. and no need to assume becuase my old + new acc sure has some value as I spent over 2k on this game and ur telling me I don’t know values? sure I would atleast try to know values b4 buying a skin. And persona 5 skins worth of selling smurfs rn is like 5 dollars maybe 20 ish for the S tier but after this return there probably won’t be anymore returns for p5 and why r u mad for everyone to get a chance to get a skin? It’s not like everyone’s gonna whale ( I mean I would cs I need to get futaba and haru on this other acc) but that’s besides the point also Tomie is worth like 30-20 dollars somewhere actually near the ACTUAL price that you buy her from. and either way I bet you most likely have picture woman so surely ur accs value isn’t going down by that much by least your acc value might go down by like 50 but it’s still worth smthing. And nobody told you to pipe down so don’t put words in my mouth.
I agree with you about the regret of the return of the rare skin. I was a little disappointed that when I heard that Super Dangan Lonpa 2 Hinata Hajime Skin was coming back, more people were going to have this skin than me. But think about it. What do you think is the purpose of collaboration? It's the influx of new players and the generation of revenue. Persona 5 is a very popular game, and it has a huge number of fandom. From the standpoint of the Identity V game company, there's no reason not to collaborate. In fact, the Identity V would have earned a lot of players and revenue at the time of collaboration. Finally, it seems a little silly to judge collaboration skin only by its value. To be honest, I think you should have known when collaboration skin was first retrofitted, that collaboration skin isn't limited. And think about it. When you tried to get Persona 5 collaboration skin, did you open the essence solely thinking about the value of the skin? No. Either you're a fan of Persona 5, or you liked the skin, so you opened the essence.
