Miyako captivates everyone through her immense talent and incredible understanding of music and ofcourse her performing .. she always gives it her all and the levels of concentration at times is amazing to watch .. such a very Special Lady 👌👌
Oh I forgot to mention that Miyako’s a big Star Wars fan so I think she might be channeling her inner Jedi powers or Sith Force lol if you know what I mean lol
This link is to a video you may not have seen Mike. I'm not sure if it is one you would want to react to, but I'm sure you would enjoy watching it for your own pleasure. It is Miyako and friend walking around Tokyo visiting various guitar shops, where of course she has to try some of them. It show a whole different side to that we see when she is on stage. A lively vivacious young woman full of enthusiasm for life and her chosen craft. th-cam.com/video/ENcTAyOp5j4/w-d-xo.html
A few months ago, purely by good fortune, I caught a live stream that Miyako did on her TH-cam channel. It consisted of her siting at her piano and interacting with viewers via an iPad she had propped up on the piano. She was playing various pieces, both rock/metal and classical that were suggested in the comments. It was 90 minutes of pure gold. Sadly she did not post a recording, so if you missed it, you missed it. In a band that consists of exceptionally talented musicians, Miyako stands out as special. I feel very privileged to have heard her music, and to have met and exchanged a few words with her. The world needs more like her and the beauty she creates. 🐺
Yes, I was there. She carefully checked the requests that flowed in one after another so as not to miss anything and met my expectations as best she could. She even played the piece I requested (Rachmaninoff)! She always has an unpretentious attitude, but it was a wonderful guerrilla concert where you could really feel how much she cares about her fans and loves music.
A piano goddess that became a guitar goddess also. My favorite musician, so glad I discovered all these talented ladies recently, better late than never. 🎹🔥💙🐺
Gary Moore is one of Miyako's guitar inspirations. There's this one (from my list), the full song on piano reimagined and also Miyako playing the song on guitar. th-cam.com/video/bD_an2HwY_4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=TLMv8Zf5ptcsNgpg
I listened to the full version off her page after I reacted to this. I've listened to Gary Moore for years and got some inspiration from him as well as yngwie malmsteen for my style of playing. But it can be depressing listening to some of them knowing I can't do that anymore
Back in 1989 I went to my first rock concert by an international artist, it was GARY MOORE and it was fantastic. At the beginning of the 80s he strongly condemned the atomic bombs with the songs "Hiroshima & Nuclear Attack". I think that also gives him an additional status for the musicians of LOVEBITES, I love it. @@Ravage-Mike-Reacts Gary makes me sentimental and I think it's great that you know these songs too. LOVEBITES pick me up where I was a long time ago and transport me to the future with joy. 👉Thank you Mike👈
I got the pleasure of seeing him live at an yngwie malmsteen show probably close to 20 years ago and was blown away and the 2 even did a collab together on stage.
@@Ravage-Mike-Reacts Wow, it's crazy cool 😯 Back in 1986 I bought Yngwie J. Malmsteen's "Trilogy" album and I was blown away, especially "Trilogy Suite Op:5". You experienced a special moment in rock history 🤘
@@yarduality yngwie is still a living legend who can still shred like no tomorrow. And I'm sure he is well aware of our ladies too. I wish Joe satriani would do a g3 japan
I don't think anyone took offence at you calling her an ice queen at the beginning. In fact, I'm willing to bet that all of us, especially those who complained the most, thought exactly the same thing at first. 😉 Miyako is not only musically ‘different’, but I'm sure also the way she thinks and processes music in her head is very different from most people. It may not be recognizable to everyone, or immediately, but it's actually very clear if you look closely. And I have a feeling that we both agree that this only makes her even more attractive. :) ❤🔥🤘🏻 _____________________ ⟬ _"America invented rock. England improved it. "The Loner" is one of the pieces on Miyako's debut piano EP "Étude Op.23"
I know I saw that. I just want Ed to see her actually play it. Even though the other version was like 6 minutes long
@@Ravage-Mike-Reacts Yep, the other version is a full reimagination and reinterpretation of the song, but this shortened clip has it's own charm
I think you might like her cover of Gary Moores Parisian Walkways at a NAMM event th-cam.com/video/bMmkDttnR7k/w-d-xo.htmlsi=VJaiXRRXTizWf8n_

It's almost as beautiful as she is. 😊 👏👏👏👏👏
As I have said before, I always really love when Miyako plays the piano.

I actually deleted a few ignorant comments from that reaction and yes it does make her even more attractive.
