Ohhhhh my God you are very organized🤩🥰 Congratulations 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 and many thanks for sharing this with us. I’m so happy because I’m applying to study at UBC in 2024 and vídeos like these make me so excited and engagement
I have a question.. This housing is designated for students of the University of British Columbia... This means that it is affiliated with the University of British Columbia... Or is it housing outside the university that has nothing to do with the university?
Hi! Can I ask what number you were on the waitlist and around what date did you send in your application? I've just finished applying to UBC and I'm planning to submit my housing application soon :)
hello! there was no waitlist for my application as I got in through lottery based for winter housing. I applied as soon as applications opened up :) hope this helps
i am also gonna be living at cedar house this winter and on the 14th floor. do you know if there is a way to know whether my room will face the mountains or no? my room number is an even number.
@@fresitafawn try searching up ‘ubc residence’ and all the information you need on the different types, costs, and deadlines can be found there! hope this helps :)
It is soooo gooooddd🤩🤩 I’m currently in my first year bachelors in India but this view and aesthetic dorm is gonna make me apply to ubc for mastersss😭😭😭😂
Hello! I am a student who is maybe transferring to UBC this fall! I would be a 2nd year. Where do you think is best to live? I understand you don’t really get to choose…. I haven’t applied yet so I assume I will be on the waitlist.
Hello Cristiane. I hope this message finds you well. Fist I would like to say congratulations to you, congratulations because you are at the university and it is so so incredible and I think that your parents are very proud of you.
If you live in a dorm with a kitchenette, is there a dining hall in your residence also? Cooking all 3 meals each day would be very time consuming so it's nice to get some ready made food in a dining hall also. Can students who live in a dorm with a kitchenette also purchase a meal plan?
There are no dining halls in upper year residences, only in first year res. However, there are food options around each res like mercante, harvest, tims and so on. As for the meal plan, anyone can get it but more so are used for first years who don’t have kitchens.
The kitchen and bathroom are wonderfully new and modern looking! Very nice tour!
Ponderosa wasn’t like this last year I really like this😊
I love the design of your apartment very amazing

Personally, I love ponderosa since it's close to my faculty building, but exchange residence and the new pacific building are really good options too!
does this unit have air conditioning?
Great video! + Cute Chimmy ☺

Hello! This is Cedar House :)

This is Ponderosa Cedar House!
How much price for this room per month?
I cant fully remember, but details on pricing can be found on ubc housing!
I would say this is the worest kitchen layout I've ever seen (No dinning area; kitchen is at the same row with study area...). Sorry UBC.
have you ever seen college dorms 💀💀 this is a literal lottery ticket, a dorm like this is all someone could ask for in university
